The Camelot will be financed through a variety of one-time and ongoing opportunities.
Rent revenue from the two apartment units
Rent revenue from the 3rd parties operating the Lobby Concessions, Wine Bar, and Bistro
Rent revenue from the 3rd party operating the theater, which will generate income from ticket sales for movies, live music, plays, festivals, and educational events
